PHOTOREJUVENATION

A 2015 consumer survey conducted by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) revealed that a remarkable 72% of respondents are bothered by two common signs of premature aging: discoloration and/or uneven skin texture. 

The photorejuvenation treatment utilizes intense pulsed light (IPL) technology to deliver direct bursts of energy onto targeted areas of skin.  Dual light treatment - blue light targets porphyrian produced by acne-causing bacteria, leading to destruction of the bacteria, while red light controls inflammation and promotes faster healing. The intense pulsed light used is selectively absorbed by the target chromophores-namely, hemoglobin for vascular lesions, and melanin for pigmented lesions. 

ANTI-AGING

According to a recent survey by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), one of the top reasons that consumers turn to cosmetic procedures is because they want to look as young as they feel or because they want to look better for their age. The most common sign of aging for men and women alike is the formation of rhytides a facial wrinkle secondary to muscular contraction patterns in the skin.

The Versa enhances collagen production to reduce skin laxity, erase fine lines, and fade the appearance of wrinkles.  It uses the DiamondPolar™ applicator, which is powered by (MP)2 technology-the combination of Multi-Polar Radio Frequency (RF) and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields (PEMF). Multi-Polar RF produces fast and homogeneous heat in multiple tissue depths, resulting in superior clinical results and comfortable client experiences.

SKIN RESURFACING

Acne affects up to 50 million Americans annually, making it the most common skin condition in the United States. Unfortunately, breakouts can occur at any stage of life—clinical studies have shown that 40-50% of adults aged 20 to 40 are diagnosed with low-grade acne and oily skin.  

The Venus Viva™ improves the appearance of textural skin conditions such as acne scars and other scars, rosacea, uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, dyschromia, and pigmentation. It uses tiny pins that safely deliver heat (via NanoFractional Radio Frequency) through the skin’s surface. This creates tiny micro-dermal wounds, which the body naturally heals on its own. This process repairs signs of skin damage visible on the surface of the skin. Since the wounds are so small, the treatment is much more comfortable than traditional CO2 lasers, while still producing incredibly visible results and lower downtimes than other devices.
